Hill Country Cattle Service provides livestock reproductive services including, but not limited to, artificial insemination, estrus synchronization, pregnancy checks, semen handling, and related consulting services. Services are provided by appointment and typically performed on client-owned property.
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to animals, proper restraint, and suitable working conditions. HCCS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe.
Payments
We accept online payments including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and mobile tap-to-pay, as well as other approved payment methods. Payment terms are agreed upon at scheduling unless otherwise stated.
No Guarantee of Results
Livestock reproduction outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. HCCS does not guarantee conception rates, pregnancy outcomes, or genetic results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hill Country Cattle Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services provided or use of this Site. Clients assume all risks associated with livestock handling and on-farm services.

Refund Policy
Livestock Services
Hill Country Cattle Service provides professional livestock services. No refunds are provided once services have been performed, regardless of outcome. This includes, but is not limited to, artificial insemination, synchronization, pregnancy checks, and consulting services.
Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)
Merchandise sold through our website is produced through a print-on-demand partner.
Because items are custom-made:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

In the event of a damaged product or manufacturing defect, a free reprint or refund may be issued if reported within 30 days of delivery.

Clear photos showing the issue are required.

Damaged items do not need to be returned.
Minor variations in print placement and unsuccessful deliveries may not qualify for refunds and are handled according to the print provider’s policies.
